La Mer is a luxury brand, with prices that befit its status. When they release a pressed powder therefore, it isn't likely to come cheap. Like all luxury products therefore, it is something to aspire to own. But more importantly, is it any good? My short answer is that it is quite a decent powder, and I quite like it.
The ideal compact companion to create a healthy-looking matte finish. Velvety to the touch, this pressed powder seamlessly blends away imperfections and softens shine for a longwearing, matte, yet never flat, finish.
November 21, 2016 Paris B 14 Comments. I'd received so many queries about the La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation over on Instagram, that I figured it was time I sit down and actually write about it. I haven't been able to give very straight one word "I like it" or "I hate it" answers, because the truth is, it's complicated.
